Classic Car Auctions are delighted to announce that they are heading to London for The London Classic Car Show. This is CCA’s first auction since the end of 2019 that you will be able to attend in person and the wider event has been fully redesigned to be in line with current government guidelines.
Going under the hammer at the sale is this very rare, 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 SSE Targa. Presented in a beautiful Diamond Blue Metallic and Marine Blue leatherette, this UK-supplied right-hand drive has had three previous owners. It has been with its current owner, Bernie Marsden, best known as a songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist with the rock band Whitesnake for 30 years. The car has been recently recommissioned following ten years dry storage and CCA are now offering this at The London Classic Car Show for an estimate of £35,000 - £40,000.
Classic Car Auctions are also offering this 1989 BMW Z1. This is a smart example of these innovative little roadsters and is presented in a Dream Black Metallic with a stunning Dark Grey Nubuk interior. It has been with its current owner for the last 22 years and was previously owned by Chris Lowe of The Pet Shop Boys. This BMW comes alongside a comprehensive and detailed history and the Z1’s continues to be very popular. Estimate: £30,000 - £35,000.
Gary Dunne, CCA’s Sales Manager commented “We are so excited to be heading to London for the seventh London Classic Car Show on the weekend on the 25th – 27th June 2021. This will be our first auction since late 2019 that people will be able to attend in person on the day and the sellers commission for the event has been reduced to a special rate of just 2.5%!”.
Continuing with the superb line up of cars is this 1987 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (R107). This is a lovely example of the much-loved R107 and is spectacularly presented with an immaculate blue leather interior and blue carpets – very impressive! The car has recently been refreshed with a restoration totalling near £50,000 and has factory options from new including air-conditioning and orthopaedic front seats. Classic Car Auctions are offering this stunning example with an estimate of £32,000 - £37,000.
The last of four cars to be previewed is this Limited Edition 1984 ‘Mini 25’. With just 8,731 miles from new and only two owners, this is a fantastic opportunity! The car is all finished in Silver Leaf Metallic with red graphics and has had a fresh MOT before the sale. This exceptional Mini is essentially original and untouched, Classic Car Auctions are delighted to have this in their next auction at an estimate of £10,000 - £12,000.
